Massage a small amount of lip scrub onto clean lips, and rinse with a damp washcloth. Use at night or as a prep step for lip colour up to 3 times a week. Use the applicator to glide HydroPure Lip Gloss over lips. Wear alone or pair with a lip pencil or lipstick.
